As someone who has experienced the healing journey, wounds, and challenges that I now guide others through, I understand the courage it takes to step into healing. Heart Light Healings was born from my own journey of coming home to myself, releasing trauma, restoring balance, and rediscovering my inner light. Here in Beaverton’s Murrayhill Marketplace, I offer Reiki, intuitive energy work, sound healing, and include guided meditation in a sanctuary designed for deep rest and nervous system support. This is a space where you can reset, relax, feel seen, supported, and empowered to embrace your own path. Whether you come to release old wounds or simply to rest and restore, you are welcome here.
